Meyer Cosman Scholarship
Meyer Cosman established this fund with the intention that a scholarship would be awarded each year to a Manitoba student who is a speed skater for the Speed Skating Manitoba and entering university. The recipient must be attending a university as a part-time or full-time student.
This scholarship should be awarded based on contribution to speed skating in Manitoba and high academic performance in grade 12. However, it can be awarded to athletes enrolled in university. This award is not intended to be an award based solely on financial need but rather to be awarded for performance on the ice and at school.
