This is non-refundable unless you select the refundable upgrade option. In the event that SSM needs to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances all registrations will be refunded with exception of the refundable upgrade fee. This is non-refundable, and event cancellation is not covered by the third-party partner.

It is the responsibility of the skater/family to make sure the skater's seed time is up to date in the SSM database. Please check here and update if needed: Update skater seed time here.

The event is planned to be scheduled from 10am - 5pm at Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex; however, due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, this may change. A schedule will be distributed the week of the event. 

Hotel Accommodation

Speed Skating Manitoba families can access a preferred rate of $190/night + taxes at the Hilton Garden Inn Winnipeg South. This rate applies to both Standard Single King and Standard Double Queen rooms.
